In Transaction Config you can see the configurations setup to help post the journal entries made by different processes in the system. These configurations are setup for each organization by default and are designed to help complete consistent entries with as little information required as necessary, making the posting process easier. The grid view will display each transaction configs type, name, journal type, account, department, fund, restriction, nature, and if it is Enabled.

You can print or download a list of transaction configs using the printer or excel icons on the right above the grid view.

You can search for transaction configs using their name.

There are action buttons on the right for each transaction config to edit or delete the transaction config; however, you may not delete a transaction config that has been configured for the organization. 

Each organization has these transaction configs that will be used by the system and have been setup and configured as needed. These configurations are viewable but affect the functionality of the system so should not be edited. There are three tabs, Basic Information, Accounting, and Accounting (Items to Overwrite).
